Tailored to the individual in front of her, Allie created this educational program as an answer to her mentor’s direction to fulfill her vow for building a peaceful society. The Raksana Method was created to enable her colleagues and our future wellness leaders to deepen their understanding of the techniques needed to effectively teach functional movement with respect to the times, culture, and our life conditions as a result of activities of daily life.
