Grievance Policy
Allie Yoga is committed to fair, transparent, and respectful treatment of all enrolled participants. Participants who believe they have been treated unfairly — including with respect to grading decisions, attendance policy application, accommodation requests, or any other aspect of their participation in The Raksana Method CE program — are entitled to submit a formal written grievance.
Grievance Submission: Formal written grievances must be submitted by email to allie@allieyoga.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the event or decision giving rise to the grievance. The grievance must describe the nature of the concern in sufficient detail to permit investigation, including the date of the relevant event, the specific action or decision at issue, and the resolution sought by the participant.
Instructor Response: Allison Moscarelli will review and respond to all formal written grievances within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. The response will address the substance of the grievance and describe any remedial action taken or rationale for declining to take remedial action.
Escalation: If the participant is not satisfied with the instructor's response to a formal grievance, the participant may escalate the matter to PACE (Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards) for review. Contact information for PACE escalation is available at fclb.org. Allie Yoga will cooperate fully with any PACE inquiry arising from a participant grievance.
Refund Policy
Allie Yoga maintains the following refund policy for enrollment in The Raksana Method CE program:
Full Refund: A participant who requests a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the date of enrollment confirmation, and who has not accessed any course content through the Thinkific platform, is eligible for a full refund of the course tuition paid, less any applicable transaction fees and the $500 non-refundable deposit.
Partial Refund — Early Withdrawal Before Week 4: A doctor of chiropractic who withdraws from the PACE certified course after having accessed course content but prior to the commencement of Week 4, before the first required synchronous session, is eligible for a partial refund equal to 50% of the course tuition paid, less any applicable transaction fees. Written withdrawal notice must be submitted to allie@raksanamethod.com.
No Refund — Week 4 or Later: No refund will be issued to participants who withdraw from the course at or after the commencement of Week 4, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. This policy reflects the significant instructional and administrative resources allocated to each enrolled participant beginning with the first required live session.
Workbook: The Raksana Program printed workbook is included in the $500 non-refundable deposit.
